Made To Measure Orders

 

Unfortunatelywe do not accept returns on any of our made-to-measure and made-to-order items. We meticulously inspect and triple-check all items before shipping to ensure they meet our high standards. However, if you receive a defective item, we will be happy to repair it for you.

 

To make the process more convenient for you, we offer in-person fittings by appointment at our studio in Essex. Additionally, we have a loan-me program that lets you try the wedding dress at home before purchasing. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 48 hours of placing the order. However, after 48 hours, we won't be able to accept cancellations as your order will have already been processed.

 

"Standard Orders" refers to orders that follow the standard sizes and colours available.

 

At Irida Maison, our goal is to ensure that you're satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not happy with your item, we have a simple return policy in place. Please take a moment to review our guidelines to understand our return process better.

 

Return Window: You have 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery specified by the shipment forwarder to request a return for your item. This will give you enough time to inspect your purchase and determine if it meets your needs.

 Return Request: To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team within the 3-day window mentioned above. You can reach us through iridamaison.info@gmail.com. We will require your order number to process the request.

 

If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

 

To request a return, please get in touch with us through our customer support email at iridamaison.info@gmail.com within three days (72 hours) of receiving the item. In your email, be sure to include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if there is any damage to the order. We will be happy to assist you with your return request.

 

Step 2: Verify Eligibility

 

After you have submitted your return request, we will check to see if the item you wish to return meets our eligibility criteria. If it does, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process and issue you a return authorization. Please note that in order to qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned item must meet the conditions outlined in our policy.

 

Once your return request has been approved, you have to ship the item back to us within 7 days from the receipt date. Please make sure you use a reliable shipping method as you will be responsible for the safe return of the item to our facility. To avoid any damage during transit, the item must be packed securely.

Item Condition and Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Please be aware that we retain the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.

Refund or Exchange Policy: Once we receive the item you returned and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange request based on the stock availability. If you have requested a refund, we will issue the refund using the original payment method. In case you have requested an exchange, we will check the availability of the desired product and process the exchange accordingly.

Provided in this section is important information that may assist you with your purchase – how long it will take and if there are any additional costs to ensure your package arrives with you safely.

Please note the delivery times listed, provided by the Royal Mail Postal Service, are estimates only and begin from the date your package is shipped.

 

FOR DELIVERY WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM:

 

You can choose Express Shipping options for delivery within the United Kingdom through the United Kingdom Postal Service. The Priority shipping option will deliver your package in approximately 1 to 5 business days via Royal Mail Services.

PRIORITY SHIPPING:

For Priority shipping, the rate shipping cost ranges from £10-£20, depending on the weight of the item.

 

PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING:

For Priority Express shipping, the rate shipping cost ranges from £15-£45, depending on the weight of the item.

 

TRACK MY ORDER:

Once your order is dispatched from our work studio, we will send you an email with your package tracking number and a link to check the status of your delivery.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

If we are unable to deliver a package and you are unable to retrieve it from your local UPS office, we will return it to our studio. We will notify you via email, and redelivery will cost the same amount that was applied originally.

 

FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

We offer Express Shipping for delivery to international locations, with an estimated turnaround time of 5-10 days once shipped.

 

PRIORITY SHIPPING:

For all international orders, the rate shipping cost is £65, although this may vary depending on the country and weight of the item.

Let us know! We will get your measurements and your order on its way.

Once you place an order for your dresses, we will contact you to confirm the delivery day. We ship your order as soon as we can fulfil it completely. Depending on the current queue of orders, you can expect to receive your shipment within 4-6 weeks, unless we have the chosen styles in stock. After we confirm your delivery and arrival day, we will pack and send your package. You will then have three (3) days from the date of sample arrival to safely try on your dresses before sending them back (with a prepaid label, of course).

 

If you fall in love with any of the dresses and decide to purchase them, please let us know. We will credit you with £50, £100, or £150 (depending on how many dresses you ordered) towards buying your dream dress.

 

 

Some Tips for you to bear in Mind:


The most common confusion in the Home Try-On process is sizing–we get it! Just like in our studio, the dress(es) you receive will be sample sizes. While we ask for size requests from you, we can’t guarantee they will be available. In those cases, we will always send 1-2 sizes larger than you requested, and clips will be there to make it fit as perfectly.

 

To make your experience as close to the studio as possible, you can set up a virtual appointment before, during, or after your dress try-on. We will help you clip, measure, and ensure you and your girls pop the champagne when you say “YES!”

 

A prepaid return label, measuring tape, dress clips, and an “I Said Yes” sign will be included in your box! We just ask that you return it all exactly as it came.

 

COST BREAKDOWN AND SHIPPING INFORMATION:

 

The cost for the UK is £ per dress, International £, and Europe is £ per dress. A temporary hold For the full price of the dress for up to 4 dresses will be placed on your credit card until we receive the dresses back at our Essex studio.

COMMON HOME TRY-ON QUESTIONS

IN ADDITION TO THE $50 LOAN FEE PER DRESS, THERE IS ANOTHER CHARGE. WHAT IS THIS?

Please note that there will be a temporary hold on your credit card if you are trying on dresses. The amount of the hold depends on the number of dresses you are trying on. For one dress, there will be a hold of £100, for two dresses, the hold will be £200, for three dresses, the hold will be £350, and for four dresses, the hold will be £450. We will remove the hold once we receive the dresses back in the original condition they were sent in. If you try on just one dress, you will see a hold of £100 on your credit card.

COULD I HAVE FEDEX/UPS REDIRECT OR HOLD THE PACKAGE?

Redirects and holds are not allowed. Clients should not schedule any holds/redirects/delays with the shipping carrier. Each day the package has been held/delayed/redirected, this accrues as a daily late rate of $50 per day. On the fifth day, if we do not receive the dress, the total price of the dress is charged.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I KEEP THE DRESS OVER 48 HOURS?

We would love to have you keep the dress(es) as long as possible. We are a small company and have many brides using our home try-on to say YES to their dress. We only have enough samples to allow a 48-hour try-on. If you keep the dress above the 48-hour window, we charge $50 per dress, per day.

I RECEIVED THE DRESS, AND WHILE IT IS BEAUTIFUL, IT IS NOT FOR ME. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We wish you could have found ‘the-one’ with us. Send the dress back as outlined in our policy. Once we receive the dress back in the original condition we sent it to you, we will remove the temporary hold placed on your card. The $50 per dress loan fee initially paid is non-refundable.

I ORDERED THE DRESS WITH IVORY LINER, BUT A DRESS WITH NUDE LINER WAS SENT TO ME

Unfortunately we do not have every sample size in ever color combination available to send. We do send out swatch cards with the sample to show what the color would look like. If you are only interested in a particular color combo, please state in your order notes that if that size/color combo is not available, then do not send..

CAN THE DRESSES BE DELIVERED ON AN EXACT DATE?

While we would LOVE to make this happen for you, it is out of our control when using UPS Ground shipping. Guaranteed dates, however, are possible if you opt for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is shipped either 2nd day or overnight. The cost of this is approximately an additional $100. We determine the final amount after inputting your exact address to get a shipping quote from UPS. Contact us and let us know your intent to upgrade.

I REQUESTED A SIZE 4, BUT A SIZE 8 WAS SENT, CAN YOU SEND ANOTHER?

Wedding dresses run differently than regular street sizing. Because of this, we request your body measurements (bust, waist, and hips). We use the measurements you provide us to determine the sample size to send. If you order a size 4, but your numbers align with our size 8, we will send the size 8 to you. It is seldom that a sample dress will fit perfectly. Please use the clamps provided to give you a general idea of the fit. If you like the dress and order it, a dress can be custom-made to your actual measurements.

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE HOME TRY-ON FEE IF I PURCHASE THE DRESS?

If you purchase a dress, we offer a complimentary refund of $50 per dress for up to three (3) sample dresses. Even if you did a home try-on for more than three (3) dresses, this is the maximum refund. This complimentary refund will be honored up to 4 weeks after receiving the sample dresses. We will issue refunds for dresses purchased within this 4-week timeframe..
