1. General Questions

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all standard  orders within 3 days of the recipient date. To start a return, please contact us 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have a physical store?

We have a studio where you can try on our garments in specially designed fitting rooms. Additionally, we have a separate stock room. We offer Shipping Worldwide and a home try service to brides in the UK and select international countries. You can order up to three (3) dresses and have them delivered right to your door.

What size should I order?

We have a size chart available for each product to help you find the best fit. Please refer to the size chart on the product page for more information. 

Please keep in mind that we can't guarantee that a dress will fit you perfectly even if it's made according to your measurements. There's always a possibility that you will need alterations so please keep some budget for that. We recommend selecting a slightly larger size since it's easier and cheaper to alter.
